POCANTICO HILLS – Board members of the Pocantico Hills Central School District have approved an $18 million renovation plan to update the district’s school building. Residents in the district will have their chance to vote on the project this Wednesday.

The Capital Construction Plan calls for replacing several mechanical parts of the building such as the heating, ventilation, electrical and plumbing systems. The plans would also add a geothermal cooling system for communal areas including the library, cafeteria and auditorium.
