PLEASANTVILLE – Students across Westchester County with an interest in films will continue to train with high-tech equipment and professionals for little or no cost at the Jacob Burns Film Center.The film center, known for its cultural and artistic appeal, recently received two grants totaling $49,000 from the New York State Council of the Arts.
